The Missing Tank Name

A customer who asks for SMOK V12 Coils may know the coil number but not the tank name. This listing belongs to the original TFV12 Cloud Beast King coil family. It is not a general replacement for every SMOK tank carrying V12 branding.

SMOK's records separately identify original TFV12, TFV12 Prince and V12 P-Tank heads. For example, the original V12-Q4 is 0.15Ω, whereas V12 Prince-Q4 is 0.4Ω. That difference matters before a shop chooses stock. No1 also lists V12 P-Tank coils, but neither a shared letter nor matching resistance proves its cartridges interchange with the original TFV12.

Decode the Core Marking

SMOK's original series uses letter-and-number names as well as resistance readings. Retain the full code on the invoice, not only the ohm value.

T12 and T14

Both are officially listed at 0.12Ω, but they are separately named heads. The original T12 is the twelve-coil design associated with the TFV12 launch. A customer asking for T14 should not automatically receive T12 simply because the resistance matches.

Q4 and X4

Both are 0.15Ω in the original series. Their internal coil constructions differ. SMOK's original TFV12 information identifies Q4 and X4 alongside T12 as separate core choices. Record the exact printed Q4 or X4 code when replacing one.

T6 and T8

SMOK also records 0.16Ω T6 and T8 heads in the original TFV12 family. These are distinct options, not proof that No1 currently offers either through its selector. Check the physical label and the requested head before accepting the order.

Power Needs Context

The original V12-T12 was marketed for high output. Specialist tank specifications give it a 60W to 350W operating range and 130W to 200W preferred. The V12-Q4 is commonly specified at 60W to 190W, with 90W to 160W preferred. Those are not settings to copy across every V12 head.

For a shop, the practical checks are whether the mod supports the chosen coil safely, which exact head is fitted, and what wattage is printed on the sealed replacement. The vape coil guide explains why resistance and power must be considered together. Neither the coil nor the tank supplies a higher-powered mod.

Fit Before the First Fire

The original TFV12 uses a separate glass tank and replaceable coil head. Turn the mod off, allow the tank to cool and check the old coil's code before changing it. Fit the matching replacement properly, inspect seals, refill the tank and give fresh cotton time to absorb liquid.

Use this short counter note when something is unclear:

Correct tank, wrong resistance: check the full head code, not merely TFV12 on the box.
Correct coil, poor contact: inspect seating and the tank base before raising power.
New coil, burnt taste: confirm the cotton was soaked before the first use.

The original TFV12 is also a different platform from TFV16 replacement coils and TF Tank BF coils. Do not offer those as substitutions.

Confirm the Selling Unit

SMOK lists three coils per manufacturer retail pack for its original TFV12 heads. No1's search title refers to 0.12Ω and 0.15Ω packs of three, but the live Resistance selector and blank Product Details do not establish which complete code, sealed pack or trade carton a buyer will receive.

For SMOK V12 Coils wholesale, confirm the full T12, Q4 or other head marking and count the physical packs before pricing. For SMOK V12 Coils bulk supply, ask for the actual outer-case quantity rather than treating three individual heads as three trade packs. More different SMOK coil families appear in the SMOK coil collection.

The international TFV12 tank was sold with a capacity above 2ml. A dry replacement coil does not establish that the customer's tank meets UK nicotine-vape rules. Do not imply an oversized tank is UK compliant simply because a matching coil can be purchased.

V12 Coil FAQs

Will these fit a TFV12 Prince tank?

No compatibility should be assumed. Original TFV12, TFV12 Prince and P-Tank heads are listed separately by SMOK. Check the full tank and coil code.

Are V12-Q4 and V12-X4 identical?

No. Both original heads are 0.15Ω, but their construction and identifying codes differ.

Is a 0.12Ω coil always T12?

No. SMOK also lists V12-T14 at 0.12Ω. Order against the full marking.

How many come in the manufacturer's retail pack?

Three original TFV12 replacement heads per pack. Verify the selected No1 stock unit.

Does the product include a tank?

No. It covers replacement coil heads, not the TFV12 tank, glass or mod.

Can the whole series run at 200W?

No. Match power to the actual coil's printed range and the capability of the device.

Is a wholesale case size confirmed?

No. No1's listing does not confirm the number of sealed retail packs in an outer case.
