Overview of Hangsen Ice Mint 10ml Box of 10

A box holds ten bottles. One flavour across all ten, and one strength, since the strength is chosen at the point of ordering.

The taste is mint with a cold finish on the exhale. Hangsen call it "clean crisp flavour of ice mint with its super cool finish". Other sellers list the notes as mint and menthol together. No seller states whether it is peppermint or spearmint. Rather than pick one and hope, we have left it blank.

What matters more than the taste is what kind of liquid this is, because the name does not tell you and the wrong one goes in the wrong device. That is the next section, and it is the one worth reading.

Everything else at this bottle size sits with the 10ml bottles we wholesale.

Two Different Liquids

Hangsen fill two sorts of 10ml bottle. Different names, different insides, different customer walking in for each.

The quickest way to tell them apart is to listen to what the customer asks for.

"Something that catches a bit"
That is this box. The Atom line. Plain nicotine, 3 to 18mg, thin at 70PG.

"Something smooth"
That is the other box. The Bar Fuel line. Salt nicotine, 10 or 20mg, thicker at fifty fifty.

Ice Mint is Atom. It is plain nicotine, not a salt. You will find pages online calling it a nic salt, and one of them is even titled that way, but the page behind that title is dead and the title contradicted itself. Hangsen's own site puts Ice Mint in the Atom list and nowhere near the salt list.

If a customer asks you for a mint salt, that is a different box. We stock it: the Hangsen Bar Fuel box is the salt side of the range. Shelve them apart, and keep them apart on the order sheet too.

Thick Throat Hit From Hangsen Ice Mint 10ml E-Liquid

Plain nicotine scratches the back of the throat. Salt nicotine does not. That is the whole difference in one sentence, and it decides who the bottle is for.

Some people want that scratch. A smoker who has just put the cigarettes down is used to it. A liquid that goes down too smoothly feels like nothing is happening. The scratch is the signal that it is working. Take it away and they go back to tobacco.

Others cannot stand it. They want the nicotine without the rasp, and that is exactly what salt was invented for.

So this is not a worse salt. It is a different thing, and some customers come in asking for it without knowing the word. They say they want something that "feels stronger" or "catches a bit". That is what they mean. If the split between the two kinds is new to you, our guide to nic salt strengths starts from the beginning.

Runny, Not Syrupy

This liquid is thin. Seven parts out of ten are the watery ingredient, three parts are the thick one. Shorthand on a label, that is 70PG and 30VG.

Thin liquid soaks into a small wick quickly, which is why it belongs in little devices. Pod kits. Starter kits. Anything with a narrow mouthpiece and a tight draw.

DO NOT PUT THIS IN A BIG TANK

Thin liquid in a wide tank leaks straight out of the airholes. At 18mg it is unpleasant to breathe as well. One UK seller says it plainly: not suitable for sub ohm devices. Another says it suits everything, which is wrong. If a customer has a big cloudy setup, sell them a thick bottle instead.

No published source gives a wattage or a coil figure for this bottle, and inventing one would be worse than silence. The rule of thumb is the device, not the number: small kit yes, big tank no.

Three To Eighteen

Four strengths, and the gaps between them are the point. This is a ladder somebody climbs down, not a shelf of options.

Here is the ladder, top rung first.

18mg Heavy smoker, first week off cigarettes

↓ a few weeks later

12mg Coming down, still wants the scratch

↓ a few months later

6mg Settled, vaping rather than quitting

↓ and for some, one more step

3mg Nearly off it, or a light smoker from the start

Hangsen also make a 0mg of this flavour. We do not stock it, and our page used to say we did, which was wrong and is now fixed.

The useful bit for a counter: when somebody comes back and says it is too harsh, they do not need a different flavour. They need the next rung down. Same box, one step lighter, and you keep the customer.

Four Mints Already

Before you add this one, count what you already have. We carry four Hangsen bottles in the mint family and they are not interchangeable.

Ice Mint. Mint first, cold finish. This page.
Menthol Sensation. Cold first, mint second. The other way round.
Tobacco Mint. For somebody who wants tobacco with a cold edge.
Bubblegum, minty. Sweet, with cold behind it.

Two mints on a shelf is usually right. Four is one too many. The two that sell are the two at opposite ends, so take Ice Mint and then Hangsen Menthol Sensation rather than a third mint that sits between them.

One thing before you plan a mixed order. Hangsen's own shop lists their best sellers as Strawberry, Lemon, Triple Menthol, Raspberry and Grape. Ice Mint is not on it. We will not call it a bestseller when the maker's own page says otherwise.

Pod Shops Take Hangsen Ice Mint 10ml E-Liquid Wholesale

This is a shelf filler, not a headline product, and that is the right way to think about a Hangsen Ice Mint 10ml E-Liquid Wholesale order.

Who it is for:

A shop selling starter kits, because every starter kit needs a bottle beside it
A shop with older customers still on plain nicotine rather than salts
Anybody who needs a cheap mint to sit under the branded ones

Who it is not for: a shop selling mostly big tanks and big clouds. They will leak it and bring it back.

On money, work it per bottle rather than per box. Ten bottles to a box, so divide the box price by ten and hold that against the shelf. UK shops sell single bottles of this between £2.49 and £2.99, and five-for-£10 deals are common. That gap is where a Hangsen Ice Mint 10ml E-Liquid Wholesale order earns its place. It is wider than most branded liquid gives you.

One thing to check that nobody else publishes: compare prices with and without VAT. Trade quotes move between the two and a box can look cheaper than it is. Ask which one you are being shown. The rest of what fits this shelf sits with our starter liquids for shops.

Do Not Split Hangsen Ice Mint 10ml E-Liquid Bulk Evenly

Four strengths does not mean a quarter each. Our own shelf shows why.

What we are holding right now, by strength:

3mg 76

6mg 14

12mg 65

18mg 65

Three of the four sit comfortably. 6mg is nearly gone. Order a flat quarter each and you will be waiting on the one line we are thinnest on. The rest turns up while you wait. Ask what is on the floor before you fix the split.

Size matters for a second reason now, and it only started last week. Vaping liquid carries a tax here as of the first of this month, set at £2.20 against each ten millilitres. A zero nicotine bottle pays it too, because HMRC wrote the charge against liquid rather than nicotine. Provenance: (a) documented at primary source, HMRC guidance on preparing for Vaping Products Duty, gov.uk.

Count the box and the sum does itself. Ten bottles, ten millilitres each, so £22.00 of tax rides on one box. Against a liquid that has been going out at roughly a pound a bottle, that is not an adjustment. It is the largest figure anywhere on this page. There is a stamp requirement coming behind it too, and shelves have until the end of March 2027 to be ready for that.

What that means for a Hangsen Ice Mint 10ml E-Liquid Bulk order is simple. Check today's price before you work from an old quote, and ask whether the duty is already in it. Our breakdown of vaping duty for wholesalers has the full timeline.

Making Liquid Since 2005

Hangsen have been doing this longer than almost anyone. Their own company history dates the research team that developed their liquid to 2005, and the international group to 2009. They say they passed 800 million bottles produced in 2024.

They publish the factory details too. A production site of more than 30,000 square metres, a clean room of 6,000, and certificates including ISO 9001, GMP and HACCP. They make in China and in Poland. All those figures come from Hangsen themselves, and we repeat them as their claims rather than ours.

One thing to be straight about. There is no Hangsen company registered in the UK. Four were, and all four were dissolved between 2015 and 2018. The UK site is a distributor, not a British arm of the business. That changes nothing about the liquid. But if a customer asks where it comes from, the answer is China, through a distributor here.

Asked By Shops

1. Is this a nic salt?
No. Hangsen Ice Mint 10ml E-Liquid is plain nicotine, the Atom line. Hangsen's salts are called Bar Fuel and come at 10mg and 20mg. If a page tells you Ice Mint is a salt, that page is wrong.

2. Can I put a Hangsen Ice Mint 10ml Box of 10 in pod kits?
Yes, that is exactly where it belongs. Small pod kits and starter kits. Not big tanks.

3. A customer says it is too harsh.
Drop them a rung. If they are on 18mg, sell them 12mg. The harshness is the plain nicotine, not the flavour, so changing flavour will not help.

4. Why is 18mg still sold when salts stop at 20mg?
Different things. 20mg is the legal ceiling for any nicotine liquid here. 18mg plain nicotine feels much stronger in the throat than 20mg salt does.

5. Do you have the 0mg?
Not at the moment. Hangsen make it. We hold 3, 6, 12 and 18mg.

6. Is it peppermint or spearmint?
Unstated everywhere, Hangsen included. All anyone publishes is mint with a cold finish. We will tell a customer we do not know rather than pick one.

7. How much duty is on a box?
£22.00, at £2.20 for each 10ml bottle, from 1 October 2026. It applies to 0mg bottles too, so price any Hangsen Ice Mint 10ml E-Liquid Bulk order on today's figure rather than an old one.

8. Which two mints should I carry?
This one and Menthol Sensation. One leads with mint, the other leads with cold, so they do not take each other's sales. That pairing is the usual shape of a Hangsen Ice Mint 10ml E-Liquid Wholesale order.

9. Is a Hangsen Ice Mint 10ml Box of 10 all one strength?
Yes. Ten identical bottles. The strength is set at ordering, so a mixed shelf means separate boxes.
