"Something smooth"
That is the other box. The Bar Fuel line. Salt nicotine, 10 or 20mg, thicker at fifty fifty.
Ice Mint is Atom. It is plain nicotine, not a salt. You will find pages online calling it a nic salt, and one of them is even titled that way, but the page behind that title is dead and the title contradicted itself. Hangsen's own site puts Ice Mint in the Atom list and nowhere near the salt list.
If a customer asks you for a mint salt, that is a different box. We stock it: the Hangsen Bar Fuel box is the salt side of the range. Shelve them apart, and keep them apart on the order sheet too.
Thick Throat Hit From Hangsen Ice Mint 10ml E-Liquid
Plain nicotine scratches the back of the throat. Salt nicotine does not. That is the whole difference in one sentence, and it decides who the bottle is for.
Some people want that scratch. A smoker who has just put the cigarettes down is used to it. A liquid that goes down too smoothly feels like nothing is happening. The scratch is the signal that it is working. Take it away and they go back to tobacco.

This liquid is thin. Seven parts out of ten are the watery ingredient, three parts are the thick one. Shorthand on a label, that is 70PG and 30VG.
Thin liquid soaks into a small wick quickly, which is why it belongs in little devices. Pod kits. Starter kits. Anything with a narrow mouthpiece and a tight draw.
DO NOT PUT THIS IN A BIG TANK
Thin liquid in a wide tank leaks straight out of the airholes. At 18mg it is unpleasant to breathe as well. One UK seller says it plainly: not suitable for sub ohm devices. Another says it suits everything, which is wrong. If a customer has a big cloudy setup, sell them a thick bottle instead.
No published source gives a wattage or a coil figure for this bottle, and inventing one would be worse than silence. The rule of thumb is the device, not the number: small kit yes, big tank no.

Four strengths, and the gaps between them are the point. This is a ladder somebody climbs down, not a shelf of options.

Making Liquid Since 2005
Hangsen have been doing this longer than almost anyone. Their own company history dates the research team that developed their liquid to 2005, and the international group to 2009. They say they passed 800 million bottles produced in 2024.
They publish the factory details too. A production site of more than 30,000 square metres, a clean room of 6,000, and certificates including ISO 9001, GMP and HACCP. They make in China and in Poland. One thing to be straight about. There is no Hangsen company registered in the UK. Four were, and all four were dissolved between 2015 and 2018. The UK site is a distributor, not a British arm of the business. That changes nothing about the liquid. But if a customer asks where it comes from, the answer is China, through a distributor here.

1. Is this a nic salt?
No. Hangsen Ice Mint 10ml E-Liquid is plain nicotine, the Atom line. Hangsen's salts are called Bar Fuel and come at 10mg and 20mg. If a page tells you Ice Mint is a salt, that page is wrong.
2. Can I put a Hangsen Ice Mint 10ml Box of 10 in pod kits?
Yes, that is exactly where it belongs. Small pod kits and starter kits. Not big tanks.
3. A customer says it is too harsh.
Drop them a rung. If they are on 18mg, sell them 12mg. The harshness is the plain nicotine, not the flavour, so changing flavour will not help.
