PRODUCT DETAILS
Hayati Pro Ultra + 25K pods: prefilled, refill or replacement?
Three names, one product. UK shops list these as prefilled pods, refill pods and replacement pods interchangeably, and our own title uses two of the three. If you are comparing pages and wondering whether you have found the right thing, you have.
What matters is the device name, not the pod name. These fit the Pro Ultra Plus 25K kit and nothing else in Hayati's range — not the Shisha 30K, not the Pro Ultra Max, and not the smaller Pro Max+ 6000 or Rubik 7000.
Hayati's refill range maps each pack to its device — worth two seconds before ordering, because four formats look alike in packaging.
What a pack contains, and the figure retailers disagree on
Each pack holds two prefilled pods and two 10ml auto-refill tanks. Every side is independent: its own tank, its own 1.1Ω mesh coil, its own airway. The tanks feed their matched pods continuously, so neither coil runs dry between draws.
On total capacity, British retailers do not agree. Some quote 24ml (two 2ml pods with two 10ml tanks); others quote 22ml (two 1ml pods with the same tanks). A few describe a single pod rather than two. The difference sits in the pod chamber, not the tanks.
Check the pack you receive. What every source agrees on is the 25,000 rating, the two independent tanks, the twist, and 20mg nicotine salt.
Eco and Boost — the setting that changes the maths
The Pro Ultra Plus runs two power modes, and this is the part almost no listing mentions.
Eco gives a lighter, cooler draw and is what the 25,000 figure is measured against. Boost pushes harder for denser vapour and sharper flavour, and gets through liquid noticeably faster.
Neither is better. But if you bought on the puff count and sit in Boost, the shortfall is the mode, not the pods. The LED screen shows which mode is live alongside the battery level and, usefully, which flavour side is currently selected.
Two minutes before the first draw — and why it is the number one complaint
UK reviewers converge on this: give a new pack at least two minutes before vaping it. Rushing is the single most common cause of a burnt first hit, and with two coils rather than one you scorch both at once.
- Pull the spent pod out by the mouthpiece — the magnets release with a firm tug.
- Unwrap the new pods and tanks and remove every bung and sticker. There is one per side, so four parts to check.
- Match each pod to its tank by the number printed on both, then clip them together.
- Drop the assembly into the device until it clicks. Magnetic, so it does not need forcing.
- Wait two minutes.
- Twist to the side you want and inhale. No button.
Step three matters more here than on most systems: the pods and tanks are numbered, and mismatching them puts the wrong liquid behind the wrong coil.
Twenty Hayati Pro Ultra + 25000 pod flavours, dual and single
The range runs both kinds. Dual packs carry two flavours across the two sides; singles run one taste on both. Capacity and coils are identical either way — the only difference is whether the twist gives you somewhere to go.
Dual pairings
Blueberry Hubba Bubba / Watermelon Hubba · Blueberry Cotton K / Watermelon Hubba Bubba · Blackcurrant Cotton K / Blueberry Raspberry · Straw Guava / Dragon Berries · Straw Cranberry Cherry / Cherry Ice · Straw Grapefruit / Straw Dragonfruit · Kiwi Banana / Straw Banana · Grape GB / Strawberry GB · Watermelon B Gum / Strawberry B Gum
Nine of the twenty. Blackcurrant Cotton K / Blueberry Raspberry is the pairing with the widest gap between its two sides — candy against sharp berry — which is what the twist is for. Straw Grapefruit / Straw Dragonfruit is the subtlest, and the one where switching matters least.
Single flavours
Mr Blue · Blue Razz Cherry · Blue Razz Gummy Bear · Blue Sour Raspberry · Blueberry Raspberry · Cherry Berry · Strawberry Watermelon · Summer Dream · Fresh Mint · Lemon & Lime · H Bubba
Fresh Mint is the only menthol-led option. Lemon & Lime carries the least sweetness in the range. Both sides run the same taste, so you get the capacity without having to decide anything mid-session.
Stock moves, so the selector above beats this list. Sealed refills across the other brands is the wider shelf.
Reading the twist, and reading the window
Pull the mouthpiece and rotate it until it clicks into the other position. It is silent, sits in one of two stops, and works mid-puff if you want to alternate inside a single session. Because each side has its own coil and airway, nothing carries over — the flavours stay separate rather than blurring after a fortnight.
The liquid window is worth a note of its own. It is tinted on this model, so checking the level in the device gives a misleading picture. Take the pod out and hold it up to the light instead. It is a small thing that stops people replacing a pack that still has days in it.

Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25K refill pods and where the law sits
British law caps a nicotine pod at 2ml and a nicotine refill container at 10ml, at 20mg per ml. Two pods with two tanks is how a compliant product reaches a five-figure rating — no single component exceeds its limit. [documented — gov.uk, Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2016]
Single-use vapes stopped being legal to sell here on 1 June 2025. Reusable means a rechargeable battery, a replaceable pod, and refills genuinely sold on their own. This listing is the third of those. [documented — gov.uk single-use vapes ban guidance]
Whether any particular product is cleared for UK sale is settled by MHRA notification and Trading Standards enforcement, not by a retailer's page.
Duty from 1 October 2026
£2.20 per 10ml. A 24ml pack owes £5.28, or £6.34 with VAT; a 22ml build owes £4.84 and £5.81. Across a Box of 5 that is £26.40 before VAT on the larger build. [documented — gov.uk, Vaping Products Duty guidance]
Nothing changes on the day — shops can clear existing stock until 31 March 2027. What the duty does to each format compares the picture across the shelf.
Where this sits against other twist systems
Dual-flavour is common at high capacity now, and the mechanism differs between them.
- Hyola Ultra 30K refills — the same lift-and-twist idea at 30,000, though it wants ten to fifteen minutes of priming rather than two.
- Crystal Pro Switch 30K pods — a sliding selector on the body instead of anything on the mouthpiece.
- Aura Bar Twist 40K sets — the same principle at 40,000.
None of them fit a Hayati. Sharing a feature is not sharing hardware, and a matching puff figure says nothing about whether a pod will seat.
Five things to know before ordering
- No battery included. The device is a separate purchase and is kept.
- Nothing opens. Pods and tanks are sealed at the factory and replaced as a set of four.
- One strength. 20mg nicotine salt, with no lower option in this range.
- Pro Ultra Plus 25K only. The Shisha 30K and Pro Ultra Max take different pods.
- Dual pairings are fixed. You choose the pack, not the two flavours inside it.
Want to control the strength yourself? 10ml nic salt bottles go down to 5mg and pair with a refillable kit. Why devices and refills are sold apart explains the arrangement.
What buyers ask about these pods
Is it 22ml or 24ml?
Depends on the build. Both use two 10ml tanks; the difference is whether the pod chamber is 1ml or 2ml. Check the pack — the puff rating is the same either way.
What is the difference between Eco and Boost?
Power. Eco is lighter and cooler and is what the 25,000 figure is based on. Boost gives denser vapour and more pronounced flavour while using liquid faster.
How long should I wait before vaping a new pack?
At least two minutes. Two coils start dry, and drawing early burns both. It is the most common cause of a burnt first hit on this system.
Why does the liquid window look empty when it is not?
The window is tinted on this model. Remove the pod from the device and hold it to the light for an accurate reading.
Do the pods and tanks have to match up?
Yes. Both are numbered. Pairing them wrongly puts one flavour behind the other side's coil.
Will these fit any other Hayati device?
No. The Pro Ultra Plus 25K alone — not the Shisha 30K, the Pro Ultra Max, the Pro Max+ 6000 or the Rubik 7000.
Can I switch flavour mid-puff?
Yes. The twist works while you are drawing, and each side has its own coil and airway so nothing carries over.
Are prefilled, refill and replacement pods different things?
No. All three describe this same product; UK shops just use the terms interchangeably.
Can I refill the tanks?
No. All four components are sealed and swapped together as a pack.
What is the difference between dual and single packs?
Dual packs carry two flavours, one per side. Singles run the same on both. Capacity, coils and rating are identical.
