You Fill Oxva XLIM Pro V3 Pods Yourself
These arrive empty. There is no liquid in them and no device in the box.
A Box of 3 gives you three Oxva XLIM Pro V3 pods of one resistance, each with a mesh coil already built in. You pour your own liquid in, vape it, and top it up when it runs low. When the coil finally gives up you fit a fresh pod.
That is the whole arrangement, and it is what separates a refillable pod from a sealed one. You pick the liquid. You pick the strength. Nobody picks it for you.

What Changed From V2 To V3
One thing, and it is the reason to buy V3 rather than the older version.
The V2 filled from the side, so you had to pull the pod out of the device every single time. Fiddly in the street, worse in the cold, and a good way to get liquid on your fingers.
The V3 fills from the top. The port sits high enough that you can refill without taking the pod out at all.
Here is the whole routine with a new one.
- Peel the plastic sticker off the base. Leaving it on is the most common reason a brand-new pod will not fire.
- Push the pod into the device. It seats with a magnet, so it should not need forcing.
- Open the top port and fill to the line, not to the brim.
- Wait three to five minutes.
- Vape. On Smart Output kits the device reads the pod and sets its own wattage.
Step four is the one people rush. Firing a dry coil leaves a burnt note that usually will not clear. On later refills, when the cotton is already wet, a minute is plenty.
Underneath sits a five-layer seal against leaks. That is Oxva's answer to the condensation that gathers at the base of most pods and works its way onto the battery contacts. The pod body is clear, so you can see the level without holding it up to the light.

Every Box of 3 holds three pods of one resistance. Four are available, and they are genuinely different to vape. The number decides the draw, the power the device runs at, and which liquid suits it.

Want vapour and a looser pull? 0.4 or 0.6 with a shortfill is the other end.

The number is printed on the side of the coil. If you are replacing one that worked well, read it off rather than guessing.

Which XLIM Devices These Pods Fit
The Oxva XLIM Pro V3 pod fits right across the XLIM family.
Pro, Pro 2, Pro 2 DNA, Pro 3, the standard Kit, SE, SE 2, SQ, SQ Pro, Go and Classic.
That spread is unusual. Most brands change pod shape every generation, which leaves owners of older devices stuck.
Two exceptions are worth knowing.
- The XLIM C will not take these. It uses a different cartridge entirely.
- The 0.4 ohm version is limited to the Pro, Pro 2, SQ Pro and SE 2. The lower-powered kits cannot drive it properly.
Check your device before choosing 0.4 ohm. The other three fit the range generally.

What To Fill An XLIM V3 Pod With
The resistance decides the liquid, not the other way round. Getting this backwards causes more complaints than anything else about pods that are working perfectly well.
- 1.2 and 0.8 ohm take 10ml nic salts and 50/50 blends. Thinner liquid, tighter draw, more nicotine, less power.
- 0.6 and 0.4 ohm take shortfill e-liquid at lower nicotine, where the vapour is the point and 3mg is plenty.
The mistake that comes up most is a thick high-VG shortfill in a 1.2 ohm pod. The cotton cannot pull liquid through fast enough to keep the coil wet, so you get dry hits on a pod that is otherwise fine. Fitting another pod will not help, because the pod was not what went wrong.
The other way round does less damage but still wastes liquid. A thin 50/50 nic salt in a 0.4 ohm pod at 28W tastes harsh and empties fast.
Sweet Liquid Kills A Coil Fast
A pod lasts one to three weeks for most people. That range is wide because the liquid matters more than how much you vape.
Dark, sweet liquids do the damage. Desserts, custards, anything heavy on sweetener. The sugar caramelises on the coil and coats it.
A pod that runs three weeks on a light citrus might last five days on a dessert. If you are getting through pods faster than you expect, look at the bottle rather than the hardware.
The coil is not removable here. When flavour drops off, or the pod tastes muted whatever you put in it, the pod itself is done.

Can I change the coil inside the pod?
No. The mesh coil is fixed. When it stops performing you replace the whole pod, which is why there is no separate coil to buy for this system.
How long does one XLIM V3 pod last?
One to three weeks. Sweet and dark liquids shorten coil life a lot. Lighter fruit and menthol blends stretch it well past a fortnight.
Why does my pod taste burnt after refilling?
Usually because it was vaped too soon. Give a new pod three to five minutes and a refilled one about a minute before drawing.
Can I use any e-liquid in these?
Any refillable liquid, but match it to the resistance. High-VG shortfills need 0.4 or 0.6 ohm. Nic salts and 50/50 blends belong in 0.8 or 1.2.
Do I need the XLIM Pro kit as well?
