Introducing The Hyola Ultra 30K Prefilled Pod Kit (Box Of 5)
Five devices in a Box of 5, and each one works the moment you open it. Three things set the Hyola Ultra 30K apart from the rest of the 30,000-puff kit range, which is almost all single flavour.
- Two flavours in every device. Both pods sit inside together. Each has its own coil and its own refill container.
- Lift and twist to change. Half a turn of the mouthpiece moves you across. Nothing comes out and nothing gets swapped.
- 30,000 puffs a device. That splits in half, so roughly 15,000 a flavour.
The body is metal and heavier than a normal pod. The liquid is 20mg nicotine salt on both sides. You inhale to fire it, and there is no button.
Wholesale Figures For The Ultra 30K Kit
| Devices in a Box of 5 | 5 |
| Pods across the box | 10, plus 10 refill containers |
| Puffs across the box | Up to 150,000 |
| Editions per box | 1, so five of the same pairing |
| Duty from 1 Oct 2026 | £4.40 a kit, £5.28 with VAT |
Most people buying Hyola Ultra 30K kits in bulk order across three or four editions rather than five of one. Boxes mix freely at wholesale. Shops can also sell whatever stock they already hold through to 31 March 2027, so prices do not move on the day the duty starts.
26 Hyola Ultra 30K Editions, And Not All Are Pairs
Twenty-six are stocked here, and the naming tells you what you are getting.
- Twenty-one carry the word Edition. These are the two-flavour pairings, so the twist gives you a real change.
- Five do not. Mr Blue, Blue Razz Cherry, Blue Sour Razz, Blueberry Raspberry and Strawberry Raspberry Cherry are named as single flavours.
- UK retailers list five single-flavour kits in this range, which matches what we hold.
- Hyola has not confirmed this to us. Treat the naming as a guide and check the pairing printed on the pack.
- Want the twist? Order one of the twenty-one. On a single-flavour kit both pods hold the same liquid, so turning the mouthpiece changes nothing.

Mint Edition is the only menthol-led one. With cooling on both sides the twist does less there than anywhere else in the range, so buy it because you want mint for a month rather than two experiences.
Stock changes weekly, so the selector above is the live list. When a kit is finished you keep the device. After that you only buy Hyola Ultra 30K replacement pods, which come in the same editions plus a few the kit does not carry.
20ml Or 24ml, And Why Shops Disagree
Look up the Hyola Ultra 30K across UK sellers and you will find two different capacities under the same model name.
Most list two 1ml pods with two 9ml containers, giving 20ml. A few list two 2ml pods with two 10ml containers, giving 24ml. Both appear on reputable sites, and neither is obviously wrong.
The likeliest explanation is that Hyola has shipped more than one configuration under the same name. What does not change is the 30,000-puff rating, the twist, the dual coils or the charging.
Hyola does this elsewhere too. Hyola Pro Max 8000 pods run a 2ml pod with an 8ml container where most brands use 10ml, and that gets mis-listed just as often.
So do not buy on millilitres alone here. Check the pack in front of you, because a spec sheet copied from another retailer may not match the box you receive.
On the battery there is no such confusion. Every UK listing puts it at 800mAh, and that figure is consistent.
What 12 Days Of Testing Found
One UK reviewer carried the Hyola Ultra 30K for twelve days of daily use and published the results. It is the only hands-on account of this pod kit we have found.
- Battery lasted a day and a half at heavy use, stretching to two days at moderate. Better than 800mAh suggests on paper.
- The metal body survived twelve days in pockets and bags with keys. Minor scratches, nothing deep.
- It is chunkier than a standard pod. That is what happens when you house two containers, a battery and a screen.
- No crossover between the two flavours. That is the point of giving each side its own coil.
- Scored 8.5 out of 10 after the twelve days.
If dual flavour is what you are after, the Pyne Click S 30K kit is the other option at this size. It rotates rather than lifts, and it adds a power switch this device does not have.
The Screen Shows Battery And Nothing Else
This is the one thing to know before you order, because most kits at this price do more.
The LED on the front gives you battery level. That is all. There is no puff counter and no liquid gauge, so you cannot see how much is left in either pod.
Plenty of rivals show liquid level alongside charge, and it is useful for knowing when to reorder. Here you go by taste and by how long you have had it, which is less precise.
It is not a fault. It is a feature the device does not have, and listings that imply otherwise are describing something else.
The Silicone Divider Nobody Mentions
Almost every complaint about a burnt first draw on this kit comes down to one small part. Almost no listing mentions it.
Sitting between each pod and its refill container is a thin silicone divider. It keeps the liquid sealed in transit. There is one per side, so four parts to check rather than two. Leave one in place and no liquid reaches that coil at all.
Here is the full sequence.
- Pull the refill pack out of the device and take off the mouthpiece cover.
- Remove the silicone divider from between each pod and container. Check both sides.
- Press each pod and container together until they click.
- Slide the pack back in. The magnets will seat it.
- Wait ten to fifteen minutes before your first draw.
- Lift and twist the mouthpiece to whichever side you want, then inhale.
Step five is longer than most kits ask for. That is because there are two dry coils rather than one, and firing early scorches both at once. A quarter of an hour is cheap against a kit meant to last weeks.
Two more things. A USB-C cable is not always in the box, and it is sensible to take the pods out before charging.
Worth planning for if you are buying a Box of 5 wholesale. Fifteen minutes a kit means the whole box takes a little over an hour to get going, so open them as you need them rather than all at once.

The 30,000 figure is a manufacturer estimate taken with short, even draws. Longer draws use more liquid, so read it as a guide to scale.
UK law caps a nicotine pod at 2ml and a refill container at 10ml, at 20mg per ml. Splitting the liquid across two pods and two containers is how a 30,000-puff figure is reached inside those limits. Single-use vapes have not been legal to sell in the UK since 1 June 2025. A vape counts as reusable where it has a rechargeable battery, a replaceable pod and refills sold separately, and all three apply to the Hyola Ultra 30K. [documented — gov.uk, Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2016 and single-use vapes ban guidance]
Nothing else takes these pods. If you want the same capacity with a different switching action, the Crystal Pro Switch 30K kit uses a slider on the body instead of a twist.
Hyola Ultra 30K Bulk Order Answers
Why does my new Hyola Ultra 30K kit taste burnt?
Usually a silicone divider was left in, or it was drawn on too early. Check all four parts, then wait the full fifteen minutes.
How do you switch flavours on the Ultra 30K?
Lift the mouthpiece slightly and turn it half a turn. Both pods stay in the device and the twist decides which one you draw from.
Does the screen show how much liquid is left?
No. Battery level only. There is no puff counter and no liquid gauge on this device.
Why do shops list different capacities?
Hyola has shipped more than one configuration. Most are 1ml pods with 9ml containers at 20ml, some are 2ml with 10ml at 24ml.
What is in a Box of 5?
Five complete kits. Each has a device, two prefilled pods and two matched refill containers, all at 20mg nicotine salt.
Can I buy Hyola Ultra 30K kits wholesale in bulk?
Yes. The Box of 5 is the wholesale unit and boxes can be mixed across editions.
How many puffs does a Box of 5 hold in total?
Up to 150,000 across the five kits, at 30,000 a device. That is ten pods and ten refill containers in one box.
How long does the Hyola Ultra 30K battery last?
Around a day and a half at heavy use, up to two days at moderate. It charges over USB-C, and a cable is not always supplied.
Are all 26 editions dual flavour?
Twenty-one carry Edition in the name and hold two flavours. Five are named as single flavours. Check the pack, since we have not had this confirmed by Hyola.
Do Ultra 30K pods fit the Hyola Pro Max 8000?
No. The two are separate systems with their own pod ranges.
Can I fill the containers with my own e-liquid?
No. It is a closed system, so you replace the pods and containers rather than refilling them yourself.
