70/30 Means Sub-Ohm Only
This decides whether the liquid will work in your kit, so it matters more than the flavour does.
At 70% VG the liquid is thick. Thick liquid needs a big coil with lots of cotton and wide holes to feed through. That is what a sub-ohm tank has.
Put Nasty Juice 50ml shortfill in a small pod at 10 to 15 watts and the cotton cannot pull it through fast enough. You get dry, burnt hits on liquid that is perfectly good. Changing the pod will not help, because the pod was never the problem.
So the rule is simple. This is built for a sub-ohm tank or a pod kit above 20W. Use it in sub-ohm vape tanks and you get what the brand intended. A small pod at low power needs a 50/50 liquid instead.
What the thicker liquid gives you is more vapour, a softer draw and a fuller taste. There is simply more liquid carrying the flavour each time you inhale.

Mixing And Keeping A Bottle
One 10ml shot at 18mg into 50ml of 0mg gives you 60ml at roughly 3mg. That is what most sub-ohm vapers use. Three is plenty at these wattages, because each draw carries far more vapour than a small pod does.
Shake it hard for a full minute. Thick 70/30 liquid mixes more slowly than a thin one, and a badly mixed bottle gives uneven nicotine as it empties.
For 6mg you need two shots, and two will not fit. Pour a little out first. 18mg nicotine shots are sold separately.
Keep the bottles upright, in a cupboard, at room temperature. Light and heat darken e-liquid and flatten the taste, and shaking will not bring it back.
