Buy a 50ml shortfill and you get a 60ml bottle with 50ml of liquid in it. The rest is left empty on purpose.

Why 50/50 And Not High VG
Several UK listings say this liquid is high VG and makes thick clouds. That is wrong, and it has been copied from site to site.
V Blood is 50/50. Half VG, half PG. High VG starts at 70/30.
The mix matters because it decides what hardware the liquid works in.
- Thick liquid at 70/30 or 80/20 needs a big coil and a lot of power to soak through. Put it in a small pod and it cannot keep up, so you get dry, burnt hits.
- 50/50 is runnier, so it feeds a small coil as easily as a big one. It works in refillable pods, in wholesale vape tanks, and in most starter kits.
So the honest answer is the opposite of what those listings claim. You will get less vapour from V Blood than from a high VG liquid. What you get instead is something that works in whatever you already own, with a firmer throat hit from the extra PG.
That is the reason to buy it. If you have more than one device, or you are not sure what your kit takes, 50/50 is the safe choice.
One thing it cannot do is fill a sealed pod. Those do not open, so if that is what you own you want sealed replacement pods instead.

Adding Your Nicotine Shot
One 10ml shot at 18mg into 50ml of 0mg liquid gives you 60ml at 3mg. That is what most people use, and the V Blood bottle is built for exactly that.
For 6mg you need two shots, and two will not fit. Pour a little liquid out first, then add both.
Shake it properly afterwards. A full minute by hand, longer if you can manage it. Badly mixed liquid tastes thin, and the nicotine sits unevenly as the bottle empties.

Storing A V Blood Shortfill
Upright, in a cupboard, at room temperature. Heat and light darken e-liquid and flatten the taste. A bottle left on a windowsill will turn within weeks.
Upright matters more than it sounds here. Buyers elsewhere have reported caps working loose in bags and in transit. Store the bottles standing, and check the cap is tight before one goes anywhere with you.
An unmixed 0mg bottle keeps for a long time. Once you add a shot the clock starts, because nicotine reacts with air and turns the liquid brown and peppery over a few months. Leave your shots unmixed until you need them.
