Geekvape Aegis Pod Kit in Brief
Geekvape brought its Aegis design into a smaller refillable format with the Geekvape Aegis Pod Kit. This original model has a removable pod and separately replaceable heating coil. It is distinct from the Aegis One, U, AP2 and Boost systems.
The G0.6 Coil Is the Key Part
Before choosing spare parts, identify the coil. Geekvape's current coil guide lists the G0.6 (0.6Ω) G Series coil as compatible with the original Aegis Pod. The guide rates it at 13–18W. No1's separately listed Aegis cartridge describes its pre-fitted 0.6Ω coil as 12–15W. Follow the rating printed on the supplied coil rather than merging those figures.
The coil is pushed into the cartridge from below. It can be changed without replacing the battery device, which gives shops a clear distinction between supplying a full kit and maintaining one already in use. B Series Boost coils are not substitutes.

Reading the LED, Using the Button
There is no wattage screen or menu on the original Aegis Pod. It uses a firing button and an LED that changes colour with battery charge. Historical original-model technical information identifies green, blue and red battery bands; the indicator is not a numerical battery percentage.
Unlike the variable-wattage Boost, it carries the original IP67 dust- and water-resistance claim, but this applies to the protected device design. The pod is not waterproof; never charge a wet device.

Matching Cartridge Replacements
No1 lists the exact Aegis Pod cartridges as a pack of two, with 2ml capacity and 0.6Ω G mesh coils installed. This is an accessory, not two devices.
To refill, remove the pod, open the silicone stopper underneath, avoid the centre air path and secure the plug. Leave a fresh coil to soak after filling. The magnetic connection keeps the cartridge seated; dirty or wet contacts can interfere with firing. Do not mistake an Aegis One or AP2 replacement pod for this cartridge.
Liquid and Charging Considerations
The G0.6 runs at modest power and supports a fairly restricted draw. A balanced 50VG/50PG bottled liquid is a reasonable viscosity to investigate, rather than automatically selecting thick high-VG shortfill. No particular nicotine strength is specified by the available original-device documentation. Do not assume 20mg salts are appropriate for everyone.
The internal cell charges over USB-C. Disconnect and dry the device if moisture reaches the port. A built-in battery does not take loose 18650 cells.

Not on the evidence checked. Geekvape's compatibility guide specifically identifies G0.6 for the original Aegis Pod. Other G Series coils need separate model confirmation.
Is the cartridge protected against water to IP67?
Do not assume so. IP67 refers to the device's protective construction, not a guarantee that an open filling port or liquid cartridge can withstand immersion.
