VOOPOO Argus Air Pod Kit: Original Model Overview
One device, two kinds of refillable cartridge: that is the original VOOPOO Argus Air Pod Kit. This small rechargeable pod system can use a cartridge with its coil sealed inside or a second cartridge that accepts separate original PnP coil heads. It is not the newer Argus Pod, G-series or PnP X system.
Two Cartridges, Two Maintenance Jobs
The standard cartridge holds a removable PnP coil. When the coil wears out, the plastic cartridge can be kept if it remains sound.
The separate integrated-coil pod cartridge has a fixed heating element. Replace that entire pod when its coil fails. Older sources disagree on whether this sealed head was labelled 0.8Ω or 1.2Ω. Check the actual cartridge rather than using either figure as a stock promise.
Reversing the Pod Changes Airflow
There is no sliding airflow dial. Instead, removing and turning the cartridge through 180 degrees changes how its air openings line up with the device. The result is a choice of tighter or more open draw without changing the cartridge itself.
Both versions attach magnetically. This reversible fit is an original Argus Air feature, not proof that modern ARGUS cartridges will attach.
GENE.AI Screen and Firing Controls
The device reads coil resistance and selects an initial power setting. It can also remember a chosen setting when the cartridge is removed and returned. A small 0.54-inch OLED screen shows operating information.
Pressing Fire three times opens power adjustment. The original unit supports either button firing or activation by inhaling. Its button also operates the settings menu. Set wattage to suit the actual coil, not merely the device's maximum.
Argus Air Colour Options
Seven original finishes were recorded for this model:

Argus Air PnP Coil Limits
The original replaceable-coil cartridge was supplied with a PnP-TM1 0.6Ω head. VOOPOO also documents original PnP-R1 0.8Ω and PnP-R2 1.0Ω heads where a lower-power mouth-to-lung draw is needed. Not all PnP heads suit this 25W device.
No.1's VOOPOO VINCI coils page has an unreadable resistance selector. Confirm the exact original PnP series and resistance before matching those spares to the Argus Air. PnP X and ITO heads are different systems.
Filling and Original Kit Contents
Both cartridges refill through a side opening sealed by a silicone plug. Keep liquid away from the central air passage. After fitting a new coil or filling a fresh pod, allow about five minutes for the cotton to soak.
Historical kits included the device, both cartridge types, a PnP-TM1 head, Type-C cable and user instructions. The supplier has not verified its present sealed carton or outer trade quantity.
Verify the UK Two-Millilitre Version
VOOPOO's global page shows 3.8ml cartridges. That is not the UK 2ml version. Contemporary UK reviews identify a 2ml TPD configuration, but the listing provides no readable GB batch or notification reference. A larger cartridge should not be treated as a lawful UK spare.

Argus Air Buyer FAQs
Is the PnP coil's full 28W rating available here?
No. Some compatible 0.6Ω coils carry a 20–28W range, but the Argus Air device stops at 25W. Follow the actual coil label within that limit.
Can original PnP X coils replace PnP-TM1?
No. PnP X is a later coil platform. The original Argus Air uses the original PnP fitting in its replaceable-coil cartridge.
Does the fixed-coil cartridge need a new loose coil?
No. Its heating element is built in. Replace the entire matching cartridge when it is worn or damaged.
What does Check Atomizer mean?
The device cannot detect the coil properly. Check that the pod and coil are seated and clean and that contacts are dry. Stop using damaged parts.
Is the original Argus Air a removable-battery kit?
No. Its 900mAh cell is built into the device, and the supplied charging connection is USB Type-C.
