Voopoo PNP Pod Tank Outline
This is one part that does two jobs. Slide it into a Voopoo Drag X or Drag S and it works as a pod. Screw the base onto any normal mod and it works as a tank. The piece that lets it switch is a small magnetic 510 base, and it comes in the box.

Open one and four things come out of the packet:
- The tank. Stainless steel outside, plastic pod inside.
- The 510 adapter base. This is the part that turns it from a pod into a tank.
- Two coils, already included. A PnP VM1 at 0.3 ohm and a PnP VM6 at 0.15 ohm.
- A short manual.
Those two coils matter more than they sound. Most tanks at this price arrive empty. The customer has to buy coils before they can use the thing at all. This one works the moment they open it, and then works again.
Ours is £4.99 and comes in two finishes, Silver and Black. We hold 762 of them. It sits in our tanks by brand range alongside the rest of the hardware.
Drag X And Drag S Take A Voopoo PNP Tank
Two devices. The Voopoo Drag X and the Voopoo Drag S. That is the whole list, and all eight UK sellers we looked at name those same two.
In those two it drops straight in and holds by magnet. No thread, no tool, nothing to line up. The base stays in the box while it is being used that way.
Then there is the other half. Put the 510 base on and it will sit on any mod with a standard 510 thread, which is nearly all of them. So a customer who already owns a box mod can use this without owning a Drag at all. That is the part most listings skip, and it roughly doubles who you can sell it to.
Some customers want a plain tank with no pod side to it. For them the Voopoo Maat tank is the simpler buy from the same brand.
Platforms Do Not Cross
This next part is where the returns come from, so read it twice.
Voopoo runs three separate pod systems. They are called PnP, TPP and PnP-X. The names look close. The parts do not swap. Not one of them fits another.
This tank is PnP. So it takes PnP coils and nothing else.

One UK shop currently lists this tank as working with the Drag 3. It does not. The Drag 3 is a TPP device and PnP parts will not seat in it. If a customer quotes that at you, that is where it came from.
Watch the coil box, not just the brand name. We stock two Voopoo coil packs with almost the same name and only one of them belongs here. Our PnP TW coil packs are PnP and go in this tank. Our PnP-X coil packs are a different system and will not. One letter is the whole difference, so read the box before it goes in the van.
The Fill Port
It fills from underneath, which is not the usual way round. Three steps:
- Pull the base off and turn the tank over.
- Push the bottle nozzle into the port and squeeze.
- Click the base back on and leave it five minutes.
It catches people out once. The common mistake is simple. They try the top with the base still on, nothing opens, and they decide the tank is faulty. It is not. The base has to come off first. Say that at the counter and you save the phone call.
What goes in it should be thick. At 0.15 and 0.3 ohm this wants high VG juice, so point them at our 70VG bottles rather than a thin pod liquid. Airflow sits on the base as well. There are two air holes down there and a ring that opens and closes them, so the draw goes from tight to loose. A customer who likes a tight pull and a customer who wants clouds can both use the same tank. They just set the ring differently.
Ohms You Can Fit
An ohm number tells you how much the coil fights the power. A low number means more power goes through, more vapour and more liquid used. A high number means the opposite.
The two in the box are at the strong end. The VM6 at 0.15 ohm is a cloud coil. The VM1 at 0.3 ohm is a bit gentler. Both want a lungful rather than a cigarette-style puff.
But the tank is not stuck with those two. It takes the whole PnP range, from 0.15 ohm up to 1.2 ohm. Here is what that means on the shelf:

Shops overlook that bottom row. A 1.2 ohm coil turns this into a cigarette-style vape, which is what somebody just off tobacco actually wants. Same tank, different customer. The PnP TW coil packs cover that end of the range.
So one line of stock covers two very different vapers, which is unusual at this price.
Two Millilitres Or Four And A Half
You will see both figures for this tank and we would rather explain that than pick one quietly.
Voopoo's own global page says 4.5ml. Every UK shop we looked at says 2ml. Both are describing a real thing: the tank is made in two sizes, and the smaller one is the version built for this market.
The reason is the law here. UK rules cap a refillable tank at two millilitres, and the wording is plain. The regulations say "the capacity of the tank of a refillable electronic cigarette must not exceed 2 millilitres". Provenance: (a) documented at primary source, the Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2016, regulation 36(3), legislation.gov.uk.
So the 2ml version is what the UK trade carries, and the 4.5ml one belongs to markets without that cap. If anyone offers you a 4.5ml tank for a UK shop, ask them about that rule first.
Two millilitres is small and people do complain. Nobody selling legally in this country can give them more in a tank. What they can do is carry a bottle in a pocket, which is the point of a refillable.
Silver Or Black
Two finishes, same tank inside, same price. We hold 410 Black and 352 Silver, so neither is the awkward one to get hold of.
Black moves a little faster in most shops because it disappears against a dark mod. Silver shows up more, which some people want and some do not. There is no performance difference at all, so if you are only taking one, take Black and add Silver when somebody asks for it.
Worth knowing for your shelf card: Voopoo call the metal stainless steel rather than silver. Same thing, different word, and it stops a customer thinking there is a third option.
Wholesale Voopoo PNP Tank Buyers Count Devices First
A tank only sells to somebody who owns the right device. So the number you need before placing a Voopoo PNP Tank Wholesale order is not a guess at demand. It is how many Drag X and Drag S owners come through your door, plus how many customers own a plain 510 mod.
That second group is bigger than people expect and it is the reason this is worth stocking at all. A shop with no Drag customers can still sell this to anyone with a box mod.
On the money, our £4.99 is level with the only other published UK trade price we could find. UK shops are selling these between £9.49 and £14.99. So there is roughly double in it, which is a normal hardware margin and better than most.
One thing to build into the order. Because two coils come in the box, your customer has weeks of use before they need anything. After that they want a five pack, and those sell at around £9 to £13 retail. Put the Voopoo PnP pods and a coil pack on the same order. Then the second sale is already on your shelf when they walk back in.
Shelf Life Is Why Voopoo PNP Tank Bulk Is Safe
Most things in this trade have a clock on them. Liquid fades. Batteries lose charge sitting in a box. Prefilled pods have a date.

The October duty does not change that either. It is charged on vaping liquid by volume, and an empty tank has no liquid in it to charge. 1. Will this fit a Drag 3?
No. The Drag 3 runs on the TPP system and the Voopoo PNP Pod Tank runs on PnP. They do not swap, whatever a listing elsewhere says.
2. Does it need a Voopoo device at all?
No. Put the 510 base on and it works on nearly any mod. The base is in the box.
3. Do I have to buy coils with it?
Not straight away. Two come included, a 0.15 ohm and a 0.3 ohm. After those wear out, a five pack is the usual resupply, so put one on the same Voopoo PNP Tank Wholesale order.
4. Why does one site say 4.5ml and you say 2ml?
Both exist. The 4.5ml is the version for markets with no capacity cap. UK rules limit a refillable tank to 2ml, so that is the one sold here.

6. Can PnP-X coils go in it?

It can be, with the right coil. The two in the box are made for big lung draws. Fit a 1.2 ohm instead and the draw goes tight, closer to a cigarette. For staff, picking a coil ohm sets it out in a page.
8. Silver or Black, which should I order?
Black if you are only taking one. No difference in how it works.
9. Does it hold its value in storage?
