Lost Mary Wholesale: Box Sizes, Hawcos And Pod Fits

Numbers First On A Lost Mary Box of 10

Lost Mary is one of the two or three names every vape customer in Britain already knows. That makes it easy to sell and surprisingly hard to buy well, because the name covers a dozen different products and some of them are nothing like the others.

We hold eleven of them. Four come in a Lost Mary Box of 10, five come in boxes or packs of five, and the rest sit on their own. Some are rechargeable kits that take replacement pods. Some are sealed devices from the old bar era. Telling those two groups apart is the whole job on this page.

Everything we carry under the name is grouped on our All Lost Mary Vapes page, and it helps to have that open beside this guide.

What To Ask For On Lost Mary Wholesale

We are not going to print a price list here, because prices move and a number typed into a blog in October is wrong by December. What we can do is tell you exactly what to ask for so the answer you get is comparable.

Four questions, in this order:

  1. The box count, not the box. A box of ten and a box of five are both called a box. Ask how many units are inside before you compare anything.
  2. Whether VAT is inside the figure. One fifth is a lot of money, and two lists that seem level can be a fifth apart.
  3. Whether the tax is already counted. From the first of October each 10ml carries £2.20, and older stock may have been priced before it landed.
  4. Whether it is a kit or a refill. The same model name often covers both, at very different money.

That last one catches people out more than the other three together. Ask for a Lost Mary Wholesale price on the BM6000 and you might be quoted the kit or the pods, which are not the same product and are not interchangeable in a quote.

The clearest one to start a conversation on is the Lost Mary Nera 30K, because a box of five leaves nothing ambiguous to argue about.

How Deep A Lost Mary Bulk Buy Should Go

Shallow, and wider than you think. Here is the arithmetic that decides it.

Most shops get this backwards on a familiar brand. A name everybody recognises feels safe, so the instinct is to buy it deep and let it sell itself. The problem is that recognition tells you people want the brand, not which of its eleven products they want, and those are very different questions.

Tax follows volume rather than price. A device with 12ml inside owes £2.64 no matter what it cost to make, so five of them owe £13.20. Ten 10ml bottles together carry £22.00. The tax does not care which model it is.

So the thing that protects you is not buying the cheapest line. It is buying the lines that sell through, because tax paid on stock that sits still is money gone. On a first Lost Mary Bulk Buy that means four or five models at one box each, never two models at five boxes each.

Our own search data makes the same point from the other direction:

The Nera 30K box of five sits at position 9.6 and converts at 7.4 percent
The Nera refill pods sit at position 46.7 on 4,069 views and almost no clicks
The 4 in 1 kit sits at position 50.7 on 1,997 views

Those three lines say something else as well, and it matters more than the first point. A page at position nine is found by people who already know what they want. A page at position fifty is found by nobody, which means the demand for that product is not absent, it is simply going somewhere else. Two of the three lines above are refills, and refills are repeat business. So the money being lost is not one sale, it is a customer.

Take that as a warning, not a boast. One product in this family is found easily and the rest are not, which means a customer who wants a Lost Mary refill very often cannot find one and buys something else. Depth on the models nobody can find is the fastest way to tie cash up. The kits themselves are on our Lost Mary Kits Bulk page.

Hawcos Is Not A Separate Brand

Nobody answers this one, and it is asked more than anything else on the range, so here it is plainly.

Hawcos makes the hardware. Lost Mary supplies the flavours. They are sold under both names together, and one UK distributor puts it exactly that way: Hawcos hardware carrying the Lost Mary flavour range. It is a collaboration, not a copy and not a different company that bought the name.

We opened six UK sellers of the Hawcos x Lost Mary range. Not a single product page sets out the relationship. Customers are searching for it, finding listings that say nothing, and leaving.

The one we hold in a box of ten is the Crystal Pro 600, and this is what is actually in it:

500mAh
battery, USB-C
2ml
prefilled pod
600
puffs a pod
20mg
nicotine salt
1.2Ω
QUAQ mesh coil
17
flavours in the range

The pod itself cannot be filled from a bottle. That sounds like a problem and is not one, because the battery recharges and the pod is swapped for a new sealed one, which is what the rules ask of a reusable device. The device is reusable even though each pod is used once.

Where it does get awkward is the shelf. A 600 puff pod next to a 30,000 puff kit looks tiny, so sell it as what it is, which is the closest thing left to the old small bar. Our Hawcos Pro 600 Kit page has the flavour list.

Every Lost Mary Model We Hold

Eleven products, and the split that matters is whether you can reorder a refill for it.

ModelBoxRefill available?
BM6000 kitBox of 5Yes, pack of 5 pods
Nera 30K kitBox of 5Yes, box of 5 pods

BM600 podsBox of 10It is the refill
Hawcos Pro Max 7000 refillBox of 5It is the refill
Maryliq nic saltBox of 10Bottled liquid, 10ml

The four left out of that table are sealed devices whose web addresses carry the word disposable, and one of them sits on nearly 42,000 units. We are not linking them from here and we would not build a shelf on them. If a customer asks for an old BM600 bar, sell them the pods and a device that takes pods instead.

Maryliq is the odd one out. The liquid comes bottled instead of podded, so it will go into any refillable pod device rather than only theirs. The Lost Mary 4 in 1 is the opposite case, with four flavours sealed inside one device and nothing to add at all.

Boxes Of Ten, Boxes Of Five, And The Twenty Nobody Sells

Something odd shows up in our search data, and a shop can turn it into a sale.

People search for this brand in a box of twenty. That exact phrase draws 569 views and sits around position 17, with another 80 views asking what a box of twenty costs. We do not sell a box of twenty. Neither does anyone else we can find.

What exists is this:

Box of 10   BM600 pods, Hawcos Pro 600, Maryliq, and the sealed devices
Box of 5   BM6000 kit, Nera 30K kit, 4 in 1 kit, Hawcos refill container
Pack of 5   BM6000 replacement pods

Our guess, and we are labelling it as a guess, is that people are thinking of a cigarette packet of twenty rather than a vape box. Either way the useful move at a counter is to not argue with it. Somebody asking for twenty wants two two boxes of ten, and telling them that closes the sale instead of ending it.

For anybody buying Wholesale Lost Mary Vapes the practical rule is simpler. Count units, not boxes. Two boxes of five and one box of ten are the same ten devices at what may be two very different prices, and the only way to know is to divide. The refill side of it sits with our BM600 Pods Box of 10 listing.

Nothing Is Cross Compatible Here

This is the single most expensive misunderstanding in the range, and it costs shops returns rather than sales.

Every pod in the range fits its own device and nothing else. There is nothing shared across the family.

BM6000 kittakes BM6000 pods, pack of 5
Nera 30K kittakes Nera 30K pods, box of 5
Hawcos Crystal Pro 600takes Hawcos Crystal Pro pods only
Hawcos Pro Max 7000takes its own refill container
4 in 1 kittakes nothing, it is sealed

One genuine exception sits outside the family rather than inside it. Tappo pods also fit the Elf Bar ELFA Pro, and Elfa Pro pods fit a Tappo, because the two devices use the same fitting. That is useful because the Tappo device itself is discontinued, so pods on the shelf still have a home.

There is a commercial reason this matters more here than on most brands. A shop that sells five different kits has to carry five different refills, and each one is a separate line taking up shelf and cash. The temptation is to stock the kits and skip the pods, because kits are what customers ask for first. Three months later every one of those customers needs a refill, cannot get it from you, and finds a shop that has it. They rarely come back for the kit either.

Practically, this means you cannot stock one pod and cover the range. Whatever kit you sell, stock its own refill at the same time or the second sale walks out of the door. The BM6000 Replacement Pods are the ones most often forgotten.

A date for the shelf plan, finally. On 29 October 2026 selling any vaping product to an under eighteen becomes an offence, and so does buying one on their behalf. This is a name young people recognise, so it is the family where till discipline matters most.

FAQs

What is Hawcos?
A hardware maker. The products are a collaboration, with Hawcos building the device and Lost Mary supplying the flavours.
Is the Hawcos collaboration official?
Yes. It is an official tie-up, not a copy or a lookalike.
Do you sell a box of twenty?
No, and nor does anybody we can find. Two boxes of ten make twenty.
Besides a Lost Mary Box of 10, what sizes exist?
Box of 10, box of 5, and one pack of 5 for the BM6000 pods.
Will BM6000 pods fit a Nera?
No. Nothing in the range shares a pod with anything else in the range.
Is there any cross compatibility at all?
One. Tappo pods and Elf Bar ELFA Pro pods fit each other's devices.
How many puffs does the Crystal Pro 600 give?
Around 600 a pod, from a 2ml pod on a 500mAh rechargeable battery.
Can the Crystal Pro 600 pod be refilled from a bottle?
No. You swap the pod. The battery recharges, which is what makes the device reusable.
What is Maryliq?
The same liquid in a 10ml bottle, box of 10. It suits any refillable pod device.
How should a Lost Mary Bulk Buy be built?
Four or five models, one box of each. Depth before sell-through locks up cash and tax.
What tax sits on ten 10ml bottles?
£22.00 in total, since each 10ml carries £2.20 regardless of strength.
Does a Lost Mary Wholesale order have a minimum?
Yes, one hundred pounds. Carriage adds £7.99 unless the order clears £200.
