A refillable pod kit is a little device with its own battery and a pod that you top up by hand. Nothing inside it comes sealed. The device is a one time purchase. The pod is not.

This is the part most first orders get wrong. A prefilled bar is one line on your order. A refillable kit is two.

We have watched this happen on our own shelf. One of our Vaporesso devices was sitting on 478 units while the pod that fits it was down to 34. Anybody who bought the device that week had nowhere to go for a spare, and that is a customer who does not come back. The second line is the small one, which is what makes the mistake so annoying. A pack of three pods is one of the slightest things you will put on an order. You are not protecting your cash by leaving it off.

Tell new staff this one too. A pod pack has no battery in it. Somebody new to vaping who picks up Wenax Empty Pods on their own has bought three pieces of empty plastic. They need the kit first and the pods after.

So when you plan an order, count pods first and devices second. A shop that holds three spare packs per device never has to say no to a customer.

Refillable Pod Kits Wholesale Is Really A Pod Order

Buying refillable pod kits wholesale looks like buying hardware. In practice you are buying a small amount of hardware and a steady amount of plastic.

The device sells once to each customer. The pod sells every two or three weeks for as long as that customer keeps the device. One is a one off sale and the other is your repeat income, and the second one is worth more over a year.

One Brand, Four Collections On Our Shelf

One thing on our own site causes confusion, and it takes a second to clear up. Each hardware brand sits in four separate places.

Nine brands, four shelves each. That is why a search for one brand name brings back four pages and none of them looks obviously right.

No Brand Lends Its Pods To Another

There is no standard fitting in vaping. None. A pod is cut for one family of devices and nothing else will seat in it.

One brand, one pod line, three levels of detail. Vaporesso is the same story from the other side, because its XROS pods are sold as being for the XROS kit and nothing else.

While you are on a pod page, read the contents line and not just the title. Our own XROS pod listing is named as a pack of four and then says two in the contents. The dropdown offers four resistances where the words below it name two. We are fixing ours. Check anybody's before a big order, because getting half the pods you planned for is worse than getting none.

It helps to know what going wrong looks like. A pod that is close but not right will do one of two things. It refuses to click in, or it sits loose and weeps liquid down the side of the battery. Nothing is damaged, but the pod is spoiled and the customer is back at your counter.

One habit stops most of the other complaints. Fill the pod, fit it, then give it five minutes so the cotton soaks through before anybody takes a puff. Dry cotton on a hot coil tastes burnt straight away and the pod never recovers. That advice is standard across the trade rather than anything a maker publishes.

Packs Of Three, Packs Of Four, And No Box Of Five

Prefilled vapes come in boxes of five and tens, and shops are used to that. Refillable pods do not. They come in small packs and the number changes by brand.

So the unit you order in is a pack of three or a pack of four, not a box of five. Nothing on this shelf is sold as a box of five. Plan in threes and fours and your order will add up.

One more thing to check on any listing, ours included. UK law caps a nicotine pod at 2ml. If a page tells you a refillable pod holds more than that, the page is wrong, so ask before you order a hundred of them. Spares First On A Refillable Pod Kits Bulk Order

No Duty Lands On An Empty Pod

Here is the quiet advantage, and it only started mattering this month. Since 1 October 2026 there has been a duty on vaping liquid. The rate is £2.20 on each 10ml. Strength makes no difference to what you pay.

An empty pod holds no liquid, so it carries no duty at all.

The duty moves onto the bottle the customer buys instead, and a 10ml bottle fills a 2ml pod five times over. So pushing this shelf moves your liquid sales up at the same time.
