RandM Tornado Models in 2026: Which Ones a UK Shop Can Still Stock

Four Models Are Made Now, And A RandM Tornado 18K Box of 5 Is One
If you sold RandM two years ago, almost nothing you stocked then is still being made. The maker is Fumot, and the RandM Tornado Models it builds today come to four prefilled pod kits. Every one recharges and every one takes a fresh pod. Not one of them is a throwaway bar.
The one most UK shops land on is the 18K, and a RandM Tornado 18K Box of 5 is the unit it ships in. Ours is RandM Tornado 18K Puffs Prefilled Pod Kit, Box of 5 at £19.50 with 37 flavours. Keep reading before you order, because the tax on it has changed and the sums have moved a long way.
Nobody Makes The RandM Tornado 9000 Any More
This is the part that catches shops out. More people search for the RandM Tornado 9000 than for anything else in the range, and the thing they are searching for stopped being made.
It was a bar. You bought it, you used it, you threw it away. The law closed on that shape of vape in June 2025, so the old 9000 came off the shelves and the searches stayed behind. We still get asked for it most weeks.
What took its place is the T9000 Pro Max, and it is a different animal. Same puff number on the label, but it charges over USB-C and the liquid comes in a pod you replace rather than sealed in for good. Fumot's own words for it are "a strong replacement for older models, fully TPD-compliant". We hold it as RandM T9000 Disposable Vape Pod Kit at £15.90.
And yes, we can see the problem with that name. Our own title says "Disposable" on a device the maker calls a compliant replacement. That is our listing to fix, not yours to decode, and we would rather point at it than hope you miss it.
Seven Thousand To Thirty Two Thousand, Measured In Millilitres
Puff numbers tell you almost nothing. Millilitres tell you the cost, the duty and roughly how long a customer goes between visits. Here is the same range measured the useful way.
Notice the 18K and the T32000 sit close together on liquid while their puff claims are nearly double apart. Puff counts come from lab draws, not from customers. If you want the longer version of why big numbers mislead, we wrote Big Puff Vapes: Why 30K Is Not Three Times 10K.
Source note: the 14ml, 12ml and 24ml figures are the ones UK sellers publish. Our own 18K page works it out as a 2ml pod plus two 10ml bottles, which is 22ml, while one large seller lists the same device as two 10ml containers, which is 20ml. Nobody has reconciled that gap, so we publish both readings rather than pick one.
Splitting A RandM Tornado Bulk Order Across Four Live Models
Four models and thirty seven flavours on the 18K alone means the real question is never which one, it is how to split. A RandM Tornado Bulk order that goes deep on one line is the commonest mistake we see.
What works on a counter is a ladder. One cheap entry so a customer can try the brand, one middle line that does the volume, and one big-liquid line for the heavy user who comes in weekly. On our shelf that reads as the T9000 at £15.90, the 18K at £19.50, and the RandM Tornado 25000 Puffs Prefilled Pod Kit, Box of 5 at £34.99.
Go wide on flavours before you go deep on any one of them. The liquid is nicotine salt and it does age, so a flavour that moves two a week should not turn up forty deep. Six to eight names usually covers almost all of what a shop sells.
Fifteen RandM Lines Sit On Our Shelf And Eight Say Disposable
We are going to be blunt about our own shop, because you cannot plan an order from a tidy story.
Our RandM Tornado Prefilled Pod Kits collection holds fifteen products. Eight of them have the word Disposable in the title: the 9000, the 15000, the 30000, the 7000, the 10000, the Magic 8000, the 8000, and the T9000 we just talked about. A collection named for prefilled kits should not be more than half full of things called disposables.
Some of those are genuinely old bars still listed. One, the T9000, looks like a compliant kit wearing the wrong word. Either way, read the title and then read the description before you add it to a basket, and if the two disagree, ring us. We would rather take the call than take the order and have it come back.
One more warning about browsing. Do not shop for RandM through our site-wide Prefilled Pod Kits collection. Sort that one by best seller and sixteen of the top eighteen are old bars, the 9000, the 15000 and the 30000 among them. It is the worst place on the site to pick a compliant kit from, and we know it.
The seven that are clearly kits are the 18K, the 6000 prefilled kit, the Mate 10000, the Ultra T32000 in two listings, the 25000, and the T32000 refill pods. Those are the ones to build an order from.
One Product, Three Listings, Two Prices
There is a fault on our own site that can quietly cost you money. The Ultra T32000 appears three times, and two of those listings carry different prices for what looks like the same box.
Four pounds a box is the difference, and on ten boxes that is forty pounds for ordering from the wrong page. Until we merge them, order from RandM Tornado Ultra T32000 Prefilled Pod Kit, Box of 5, which is the cheaper of the two, and ask us to confirm the price on the day.
The Two Tests A Vape Has To Pass
Plenty of people think the rule is about puff counts. It is not. Government guidance sets two things a vape must have, one thing it must have if it has a coil, and two things that should be available.
Must have: a battery you can recharge, and a refillable container holding the liquid. The guidance counts a chamber, capsule, cartridge, pod or tank, and it accepts "inserting new, pre-filled pods" as refilling. You do not have to pour anything.
Must have if there is a coil: the user has to be able to swap that coil for a fresh one. A coil sitting inside a pod you change counts.
Should be available: refills, and coils, buyable on their own. Retailers are expected to be able to show that.
Provenance: documented at a primary source. GOV.UK, "Single-use vapes ban", last updated 3 July 2025.
Measure the old bars against that and you see why they went. We reviewed one of them when it was the normal thing to stock, and RandM Tornado 15000 Review: Does It Meet Expectations? still reads as a fair record of what that device was. It is history now, not a buying guide.
Nothing Single Use Is Left, Which Resets RandM Tornado Wholesale
Now the number that matters more than any spec on this page. The new Vaping Products Duty has been live since the first of October 2026, charged at £2.20 on each 10ml of liquid, and nicotine-free liquid is caught by it too. RandM kits hold a lot of liquid, so the bill is heavy.
Read that twice. On the 18K the duty is more than the box costs. On the T32000 it is almost exactly the box price. That is not a typing error, it is what happens when a kit holds 22ml or 24ml and the charge is £2.20 per 10ml.
So what does it mean for you? Almost certainly that the stock on our shelf today was filled and landed before October, because nobody could sell a box of 18K at £19.50 with £24.20 of duty paid on it. The honest position is that the charge attaches to liquid produced here or brought in from that October date, and the guidance is silent on batches that were sealed up months earlier and have been sitting in a warehouse since. No official line exists on those.
Which is why RandM Tornado Wholesale pricing is about to look very different, and why anybody buying on these numbers should ask us, per order, whether duty has been paid on that batch. Do not assume it has. Do not assume it has not. There is also a second date. April 2027 is when a valid duty stamp becomes compulsory on every vaping product sold in this country, so a box bought now and still sitting on a shelf by then is not one you can ring through.
For contrast, RandM Tornado 7000 Review: Is This the Best 7000-Puff Vape? was written when none of this existed. Nothing in it was wrong at the time, and almost none of it is how you buy today.
Refill Pods Are Sold On Their Own
This is the half of the brand most shops miss, and it is where the repeat money lives. Every current model takes a refill pod you can buy separately, which is also the thing that keeps the device on the right side of the rules.
Sell the kit once and you have made one sale. Sell the kit and then sell the refill every few weeks and you have a customer. On our shelf the one we carry is RandM Fumot T32000 Ultra Replacement Pods, Pack of 5 at £26.99.
We will say plainly that the refill side of our RandM range is thinner than the kit side. Pods for the 18K, the T9000 and the T7000 exist in the market and we do not list them yet. If you are stocking those kits, tell us and we will look at bringing the pods in, because a kit sold with nowhere to buy the refill is a weak sale and a weaker compliance position.
Questions From Tornado Buyers
1. Can I still sell the old RandM Tornado 9000?
No. It was a single-use bar, and June 2025 is when the law stopped those. The T9000 Pro Max took its place.
2. Which RandM Tornado Models are actually being made in 2026?
Four. The T7000, the T9000 Pro Max, the Tornado 18000 and the Ultra T32000. All four are prefilled pod kits that recharge. Everything we hold under the brand, old and current, sits in Buy Bulk R and M Tornado Vape.
3. How many devices come in a RandM Tornado 18K Box of 5?
Five complete kits, each with a 2ml pod and two 10ml bottles of liquid.
4. Why does your T9000 listing say Disposable?
Because our title is wrong and the maker calls it a compliant replacement. We are flagging it rather than hiding it. Check with us before ordering.
5. Is a RandM Tornado Prefilled Pod Kit the same as a disposable?
No. It recharges and the pod comes out. A disposable does neither, which is exactly why one is legal to sell and the other is not.
6. How much duty is on a box?
At £2.20 per 10ml, a box of five 18K kits carries £24.20 and a box of five T32000 kits carries £26.40.
7. Is duty already in the price I see?
Probably not on current stock, and nothing published covers batches sealed before October. Ask us per order.
8. What is a sensible first RandM Tornado Bulk order?
Three models across six to eight flavours rather than one model deep. Spread beats depth on a brand this wide.
9. Do you sell the refill pods?
Only the T32000 pack at the moment. The 18K, T9000 and T7000 pods exist elsewhere and we do not list them yet.
10. Which model should a shop new to RandM Tornado Wholesale start with?
The 18K. It is the one UK buyers ask for, it has 37 flavours, and at £19.50 a box of five it is the cheapest way to find out whether the brand sells for you.
