SMOK Nord 2 Pod Kit Introduction
SMOK changed its original Nord design when it introduced the SMOK Nord 2 Pod Kit. This second-generation refillable device keeps one firing button but adds a small screen and selectable power. It is not a Nord X device.
The Puff Count Follows the Pod
A less obvious feature is how the puff counter works. SMOK's manual says the count clears when a pod is attached, and it also resets after reaching 999. It is not a lifetime record.
The 0.69-inch OLED shows the selected power and charging information. When a cable is connected, the charging display includes battery percentage and an estimated charge time.
Nord 2 Colour Options
SMOK identifies nine original finishes. Their names fall into three useful groups:

Cobra designs: Black Cobra, White Cobra and 7-Colour Cobra.

Patterned finishes: 7-Colour Oil and 7-Colour Resin.

Other finishes: Gold, Red, Black Stabilising Wood and Red Stabilising Wood.
These names do not confirm No1 stock or real wood. The SMOK pod-kit collection also lists later devices; their colours should not be assumed to match the Nord 2.
Using the Single Control
Five quick presses switch the device on or off. Press three times to enter wattage adjustment, then press again or hold the button to move through 1–40W. If the user leaves the control untouched for three seconds, the setting mode closes. Hold the button to fire; there is no documented automatic inhale activation.
The original SMOK Nord kit uses a battery-colour light rather than this wattage display. Their pod housings should not be assumed interchangeable.

The refillable pods use push-fit coils, not a 510 tank.
Choosing the Correct Coil Housing
Nord 2 RPM pod: accepts original RPM-family coil heads. The maker's standard kit has a 0.4Ω RPM mesh coil fitted in this cartridge.
Nord 2 Nord pod: takes original Nord-family heads and was supplied with a 0.8Ω Nord DC MTL coil. MTL means taking vapour into the mouth before inhaling. The seals identify each family.
No1's Nord pod and coils page lists replacement options, but its mixed pod/coil selector needs an exact SKU check. Shared coils do not prove complete pod-body fit. RPM 2 coils are different.
Filling and Everyday Care
Remove the cartridge before filling. Open its rubber side seal, add liquid through the fill hole rather than the airway, then close it firmly. Let the filled cartridge sit after changing the coil so its wick becomes wet. Replace the head if it tastes burnt.
SMOK's manual gives 70VG/30PG as a general liquid suggestion, while some UK sellers recommend 50/50 for the lower-power Nord MTL head. Check liquid guidance for the exact fitted coil instead of assuming one nicotine-salt strength or VG/PG ratio works for both pods.
The UK Version Has Different Pods
SMOK's international manual describes 4ml cartridges. Its separate GB notification list identifies 2ml Nord 2 kits, including the Nord DC 0.8Ω and RPM mesh 0.4Ω versions. Notification does not verify No1's batch.
The documented package has two fitted-coil pods, a cable and instructions. No1's current carton remains unverified.
Confirming a Nord 2 Trade Order
Before listing SMOK Nord 2 wholesale stock, check the physical device name, both 2ml pod types, printed coil resistances and chosen colour. Confirm notification, batch labels and case count. UK retail age checks apply.
Nord 2 Questions
Does the OLED work like a touchscreen?
No. The Nord 2 screen displays information, but the single physical firing button controls operation and power adjustment.
What does OHMS TOO HIGH mean?
The manual defines this warning as detected resistance above 3.0Ω. Check coil and contacts; stop if faulty.
Can I install a later RPM 2 coil?
Not in the original Nord 2 RPM cartridge. That cartridge uses the original RPM coil family, not RPM 2 coils.
Is the airflow adjusted with a ring?
No adjustable airflow ring is documented for the original Nord 2. Its draw depends mainly on the cartridge and fitted coil.
Is bottled e-liquid included by SMOK?
No. SMOK states that distributors should not bundle this product with e-liquid. Any retailer-supplied bottle is separate from the manufacturer's standard kit.
