About the SMOK Trinity Alpha Pod Kit
A small box-shaped device rather than a pen, the SMOK Trinity Alpha Pod Kit is an original refillable system with a removable cartridge and changeable heating coils. It uses original Nord coils, but has a separate cartridge and controls.
SMOK Trinity Alpha Colour Editions
The original Trinity Alpha was produced with resin-effect side panels and coloured frames. Six launch-era finishes can be identified by name: Bright Black, Prism Chrome, Prism Rainbow, Prism Blue, Red and Prism Gold. These refer to the device, not e-liquid flavours or pod capacities.
SMOK's manufacturer page refers to 11 colour editions overall, without a complete accessible list of their names. No1 shows a colour selector, but the currently selectable finishes and available quantities need confirmation.
How the Cartridge Locks In
A mechanical release catch holds the Trinity Alpha cartridge inside the frame. Press the cartridge down until it clicks into place; use the release control before lifting it out for cleaning or coil replacement.
The cartridge also accepts a removable 510-style mouthpiece. That describes the mouthpiece fitting, not a standard 510 tank connection underneath the device. Its two fixed air channels do not provide a user-adjustable airflow slider. The draw may feel airy even with an MTL coil.
Three Modes, No Wattage Screen
Pressing the mode control changes between Soft, Norm and Hard. An indicator identifies the selected setting. The device is button-fired and does not have a screen where a precise wattage can be entered.
SMOK gives an overall 6–30W output range, whereas No1's short listing says 10–25W. Those are conflicting published figures, not selectable fixed wattages. Follow each coil's printed operating limit.

SMOK's historic package information includes a device, pod, two coil types, charging lead and manual. Some historic UK reviews also show a lanyard. No1 does not confirm the current carton or case quantity.
Nord Coils, Not Nord Pods
The manufacturer's original kit information identifies 0.6Ω Nord mesh and 0.8Ω Nord mesh-MTL heads. The first is the more open draw option, with a historical 25W maximum; the 0.8Ω coil has a 16W maximum and is intended for lower-power mouth-to-lung use. MTL means mouth-to-lung inhaling.
Both are replaceable within the Trinity Alpha cartridge. No1 has a Nord pod and coil listing with selectable resistances; check the original Nord coil variant, not a differently shaped pod. RPM and Novo coils are not replacements for this system.
The UK Filling-Cap Difference
The international 2.8ml edition is pictured with a sliding top-fill cap. Contemporary UK reviews show a screw-top filling cap for the 2ml version. Check the actual cap before refilling. Avoid the central airway, close the cap and let new cotton soak.
The lower-power 0.8Ω coil can use a suitable 50VG/50PG formulation. No1 describes Bar Soltz nic salts as a 50/50 bottled option; nicotine strength is a separate decision. Reassess the e-liquid for the higher-output 0.6Ω coil.
Verify the GB Batch Before Supply
For a SMOK Trinity Alpha wholesale unit, confirm the sealed 2ml cartridge, fitted and spare coil markings, exact finish, case quantity and UK notification details. SMOK lists GB notifications for the 2ml 0.6Ω and 0.8Ω kit versions; that does not establish which physical batch No1 currently holds. Other complete devices appear in the SMOK pod kit collection, not as compatible Alpha cartridges. UK retailers must verify age; sales to under-18s are prohibited.
Trinity Alpha Buyer Questions
Will the original Nord's whole pod fit this device?
No. Certain Nord coil heads are shared, but an original Nord pod body will not latch into the Alpha.
Can the Alpha be fired just by inhaling?
No draw-activation function is documented for this model. It uses a firing button.
Is e-liquid included in the standard SMOK kit?
SMOK's manufacturer information states that the device is not intended to be bundled with e-liquid. Check the supplied hardware list.
Can the 510 mouthpiece be replaced with an ordinary tank?
The replaceable 510-style drip tip does not turn this pod kit into a 510-threaded tank mod. The proprietary cartridge stays part of the setup.
